Spotted Gum timber products

Spotted Gum timber is a highly sought after and commonly occurring coastal species of the east coast from southern NSW to central Qld. Spotted Gum is a hard and relatively heavy timber, generally pale to dark brown and has a high natural durability and is quite readily available. It machines well to a good smooth finish and accepts stains quite well.
Uses for Spotted Gum vary and include construction beams, posts, T&G flooring, decking, cladding, stairs, screens landscaping, furniture and even shipbuilding.

Dry Density: ≈ 950-1050 kg/M3
