American Walnut

(Juglans nigra)

American Black Walnut is a distinctive timber with its pale-dark brown coloration and figured grain. Used mainly for flooring and veneer applications, it is also used occasionally in furniture manufacturing.
Heartwood is quite durable with a Janka hardness of 4.5
